  • How do we get MyPictures247 at our school?

We would love to photograph your students and staff!  Just fill up the registration form available on the top of our website and we will reach you out ASAP.

  • We are a small school. Can we still have you come for a an event or Picture Day?

Yes! We don’t have a minimum enrollment requirement, and we are happy to provide your school or Day Care Center with our professional services.

  • How do I book MyPictures247 for Corporate Headshots? 

We understand Headshots!  We can wrangle a smile out of a two year old as well as to your boss or staff members.  Please reach us out to schedule your corporate headshot date, you can reach us at contact@mypictures247.com or can call our Customer Care at 1 800 270 1226.

  • What should I do if I run into a web site problem?

We understand you are new to our website, in case you find any issues — please let us know by sending out an email at contact@mypictures247.com and we’ll tackle it at earliest! Thank you for helping us out!

  • How much time does it take to photograph a school?

We like to reserve time based on the age of the children. Preschoolers may need more time to warm up while grade schoolers usually come out of the gates ready to roll. It all depends upon age group, size and your package selection.

Parents FAQ’s

  • Where can a parent find picture(s) of their child?

Once a parent log into their account, they will see the pointers to FREE online gallery to view pictures and in case they want to buy out any portrait or other mementos, all such options will also come up.

  • Do you provide digital copies?

Parents can view and download the high-resolution images of their child FREE of cost.

  • Parent is missing photo, who do I contact?

It’s a rare case that a photo gets missing, however in any such case please re-direct to us us out via contact@mypictures247.com or just call us at 1 800 270 1226.

  • How can a parent order or re-order more pictures?

Parent can order or re-order pictures, packages, mementos etc. once they login to their account. We accept all kinds of credit cards. Once we receive the order, the order will be directly sent to the location they specified for delivery. Shipping and Handling charges apply.

  • When is my child’s picture day?

A notification will be sent to you by school, ahead of time in regards to the schedule of picture day, similar information will be posted online as well for your convenience.

  • How long does it take to get our pictures?

We typically deliver finished pictures within 3 – 4 weeks post approval.

  • Do you photograph Siblings?

We love to photograph Sibling Portraits. As long as the school administrative authorities allows, just  simply bring them to the camera on Picture Day.

  • When do I need to pay for portraits?

It all depends upon the program your school is involved. The payment could be included or not-included in the package. If its not included, prior notice will be sent to you for the payment instructions and you can always go online as well to your account to order the portraits and other necessary mementos.

  • How do I pay for the portraits?

We offer a variety of payment options. We accept cash, drafts, cheque and credit card (online).

On Picture / Photo Day

  • What is the age range of children you photograph?

Our photographers are highly skilled professionals and specialize in candid photography for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. However skills of our staff is not limited to age, be it 5 years old or someone in early teen, we are good at what we do.

  • Do you offer family portraits?

We can photograph any family member in your center, including staff members with their children, siblings, etc.

  • How many backgrounds/poses are offered?

We offer multiple backgrounds and poses and the option for selective or default background is always given to parent as well.

  • How long does a portrait session last?

We try to limit portrait sessions to mornings when children are fresh. However, centers with a large amount of children may require a second photography date as well.

After Picture Day 

  • How long does it take for portraits to arrive?

Portraits normally arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after picture day.

  • What types of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • What do I need to do once portraits arrive?

Portraits are distributed by either school admin or school teacher, depends on the school set up.

  • Who do we contact regarding Photo Day questions?

Delivery

  • How do you deliver the picture packages?

Packages will arrive at the school premises in alphabetical order of class and/or teacher.

  • How long does it take to get our pictures?

We typically deliver finished pictures within 3 – 4 weeks post approvals

  • Do you have a make-up day?

Yes, every school gets a free make-up day for children who were absent, however the make-up day needs to be requested by school admin via our portal and the make-up should have at least 5 kids and can only be combined to any other visit.
